[Betelgeuse practically purrs, basking in the glow of Rhys' affection. Monogamy; he can do this! He keeps his hands to himself, only leaning his head against Rhys' shoulder. This is nice]

I didn't get to have sex as a human yet.

Yeah?

[Rhys replies, light and warm, trailing his fingers up the back of Betelgeuses's neck, teasingly.]

Jeeze, I'm surprised you haven't exploded already...

[He gives a rough but excited laugh, shivering]

The heck was that?

[he's ticklish.]

[Rhys is surprised and delighted by this reaction.]

What? This?

[He asks, trailing his fingers teasingly over the sensitive skin just beneath Betelgeuse's ear.]

[He sputters and jerks back suddenly, also very much surprised]

YES that!

[therushingsky]

Hey, fun things to find out about yourself: you're apparently kinda ticklish now!

[He decides to show mercy, and smooths his hands down Betelgeuse's back, before sliding his hands under the bottom hem of the other man's shirt.]

Does it feel nice?

[He gives another involuntary shiver, looking at Rhys in a distrusting manner]

Yes. No.

It's weird.

[Which probably means yes]

[He trails his fingers under the hem of Betelgeuse's shirt, exploring the bare skin over small of the other man's back.]

It doesn't feel bad, but it makes you feel like you can't control your body, right?

[He smiles, watching the other man's expression.]

You're so cute. I could just watch your expression all day.

[BJ gives a toothy grin, blushing as he struggles to sit still, sitting on his hands]

Aw, you.

Yeah. Yeah, that's it. That's the spot.

[His knee suddenly starts to jerk uncontrollably as he stares down, worried]

I keep forgetting I'm human sometimes. It's weird, you'd think since every experience is new, I'd be all over it, but you get used to this body REAL quick.

Don't worry, I'm pretty sure that's normal.

[He drops his hand to trail over that shuddering knee, just taking his time in showering the other man with small, soft caresses.]

I guess every experience is new once, but then it's a lot of repeating the same ones over and over just to stay alive.

[beejfu]

[He nods, watching in fascination at his own body as Rhys calms the shaking down]

Weird.

So wait, I can do that to you?

[His hands inch forward, interested in finding Rhys' ticklish bits]

Oh, it won't work on me, I'm not ticklish.

[Rhys says, but it's the lie of a man who has spent a long and fruitful life being tickled mercilessly by people.

He catches one of Betelgeuse's hands, determined to avoid being caught out.]

[His hand is caught as he looks at Rhys' face, leering in that kind of demonic look that he gave before he was human]

SOMEthing tells me I shouldn't believe you.

[therushingsky]

[Rhys swallows, his heart pattering in his chest, but he doesn't let Betelgeuse go.]

Yeah, well, it doesn't matter, because I'm not going to let you try.

[beejfu]

That sounds like a challenge to me.

[he grins, and sits up with his legs moving under him, so that he's on his knees and a good head taller than Rhys.]

[Rhys shifts, laughing a little, as Betelgeuse reposition to loom over him.]

You sure you wanna try it? You're taking on the master here, and you only figured out being ticklish was a thing like, thirty seconds ago.

[He's already flexing the hand that isn't holding onto Betelgeuse, planning on snaking it in towards one of the million other places where the former demon might be ticklish...]

IIII think I can handle a little torture. I WAS a demon, after all.

[He beams, searching Rhys' body for the most likely spot, before tackling him and going for the back of his knees]

That's not how I remember it.

[Rhys replies, managing to be glib for a while five seconds before Betelgeuse finds the back of his knees and a ticklish convulsion goes through him. He yelps, half laughing, half shrieking, and promptly kicks Betelgeuse in the head.]

Shit, sorry, sorry--

[It wasn't hard, and he's still breathless from the tickling, but even so. A head kick doesn't feel very sexy.]

[Betelgeuse gives a yelp of his own, kicked full in the head by Rhys' foot. He lands off the side of the bed, breathless, a gleam of red trickling down his nose. He looks more shocked than hurt]

Ow.

[therushingsky]

Sorry! Sorry! Jeez, are you okay?

[Rhys follows Betelgeuse down to the floor, reaching forward to wipe that little rivulet of blood out from under Betelgeuse's nose.]

[beejfu]

[He whimpers, more stunned to see his own blood]

Yeah. No. Wait. I can bleed just from THAT now?

[therushingsky]

Babe, you can bleed from anything.

[Rhys insists, wrapping an arm around Betelgeuse's shoulders to reassure him as he dabs at the bleeding nose.]

You're breakable now. Annnnnd, I need to try not to kick you in the face again...

[beejfu]

Holy shit.

[BJ. Is. Shooketh. He stares at the blood on his fingertips, then looks up at Rhys]

I used to love getting kicked in the face..

What did you like about it?

[Rhys asks, solicitous and guilty.]

Maybe we can like-- find a way to hit the same spot without giving your soft human body a bloody nose.

I mean, I'm not gonna say I'm NOT half hard right now, but it might be bad in the long run, here.
